Request access via API to your charities Enthuse account
Charities will need to fill in this request form to get access to the API
This API is being retired on September 30th, 2026, and is replaced by the new Cloud API. Please see here for details on how to get started on the Cloud API.
Enthuse will generate a Client ID, Client Secret and API Key and send to charity in a password protected file, along with all API guides
Charity then follows the steps to get authenticated and start using the API
For a charity to integrate with our API they will require:
- Internal development/data team
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Understanding of JSON data structures
- Knowledge of Enthuse back office
Enthuse cannot set up or monitor an API on a charities behalf, the charity will need to have a person or team responsible for setting up and maintaining the API connection.
